Reasons: I picked this because this affects many latinos throughout the U.S in various forms.
Art Form: I would like to describe this in the best way i could express it better which is through a drawing.
Appearance?: A simple drawing using pen, paper and color pencils.
Display Area?: In the internet for everyone to access it and for it to be spread, maybe in a specific place such as a blog.
Audience?: Everyone such as the latinos that feel targeted, the people that don't give latinos enough credit, or anyone that feels discriminated against, Latino or not since we're all human.
